VIP Maintenance Plan ($109.95) includes two scheduled visits and the following:
10% off all needed repairs on system that is under agreement (Excludes Diagnostic Fee)
10% off yearly filter cost and delivered on initial visit*
Check Refrigerant Charge, subcool and superheat | Check Compressor Amos | Check Condenser Fan Amps |

Hello I see there was a 10 dollar discount for Sanford which I was not given I also checked the out side unit and there is dirt and grass and what ever else my yard has is inside the unit that should have been removed when and cleaned when your man was here to service my unit I trusted your company to take care of my unit other wise I would have hired someone else to have put the unit in as I have said before because I am a women I get taken and be a women your self I am hoping that I will be treated in a honest manner starting with having my unit cleaned like it was too be done and get my discount back I felt after talking to you the other day that you are a person who up holds their word on how they run their business as I have ran my for the last 50 years with the customer always coming first Thank you
